# Access Requests
This option enables users to add/update or remove access roles such as:
- Owner
- Contributor
- Reader
- Billing Reader
- Tenant Admin
- Solution Admin
# Access Request in Service Now
To request resources:
Go to ABB MyServices.
Select ABB Ability™ Platform.
Select Ability™ Request Fulfillment.
Select Access Request to proceed to the form.
# Request Form
First, you need to choose if you want to add, update or remove an access role.
You need to provide information about your Business Area, Division, Azure Environment and who is the request opened for. Next, you need to choose Type of Acces from the drop-down list.
It is also possible to choose ‘Other’ for all unlisted roles.
Note
It's very important to keep your accesses up to date. Please remember to add, update or remove accesses if person responsible for particular action changes.
